3 parameters - part#, lot#, location
The user wants to enter a part# and a lot# and, based on this info, then be presented with the 5 (for example) different locations (out of 100s) where this part/lot combination exists. Then he wants to "choose" one of these 5 locations and print the data related to this part/lot/location combination.

The closest I can imagine is present the 5 different pages of data and let the user select which page to print.

Am I missing something?

Use drill-down. The user gets a summary on one page. They click on a location and get a page or more for that location, and it can be printed separately.
