One of three workstations wont allow a currency input in a subform

I cant seem to enter a currency figure in a subform on just one of the workstations.....any other work station i walk up to allows me to type in our amount totals off the cash register reciept but the one i want the girl to enter them in on , the field comes up and says its and ileagle entery....it will take whole numbers but if i enter a decimal it wont work. but the other stations with the same database on them allows it fine...im thinking there is a setting that needs to be set on this perticular machine....any help would be appreciated.

If you have the front end loaded locally on each of the three machines, you might want to consider deleting hers and replacing it with the latest version. If that setting has been modified, there may be other problems as well.

the database isnt replicated...it is running straight from the server so her program is the servers program which cant seem to take currency inputs that have decimal places
