One of our T1 PRI lines goes down frequently

We have 2 T1 PRI lines. Since last week, one of the lines went down frequently by red alarm. I called carrier and opened a ticket. But the issue keeps happen even they claimed to replace the circuit.

Keep reporting it is what I'd do. But in the mean time, bypass your CSU and let it run for a few days. You may find that eliminate the problem (but you'll have to replace it then)

I would add ld 60 in the background routines and it will
do a reset counters everytime the system does a audit
and check if you are getting LOS's durning the time frame
of the audits and let the system clock on loop 25 to see
if it is a timing issue. What does the D-Channel messages
say? Release Red Alarm? What do the 2 T-1s connect to?
A CO or another PBX?
