Yes, CallPilot 5.0. I have 500 agents in two callcenters that I would like to use the fax feature for recieving and sending fax's from their p/c. So, if I understand, I need 500 DID's?
All you need is one DID per phone for voice and fax Call Pilot will distingush between the type of call, if it's a fax it stays in Call Pilot. If it's voice call Call Pilot will route it out to the phone
