I'm doing video over TN556B with a Polycom. My out bound works great. I have 3 DID's for my 3 channels off of the 556B. When I try to dial to the camera I can't sync up. How can I make one number pull all three channels. Can I pull another DID to mesh all three DID channels?

Any help would be apprec.

Well you shouldn't have to do anything. If your first DID is 1111, then the second should be 1112 and the third is 1113. It should just work for incoming calls.

Possible issues.

1. Try to un-bond the channels on the remote end. ie call each 64K channel one at a time instead of both at once. Should be a setting in the menu somewhere for this.

2. Who is your LD carrier? AT&T? They have a global data base for all DID's and SPIDS for video conferencing. It was necessary for me to add my DID's into this data base in order for calls to route correctly. Here the number for the ISDN video group. (800) 367-7956.

3. Make sure that your the first data module is the DID that you are calling. ie. data module 1111 should be in RJ45 # 1 of the BRI mux. and the remote end is calling 1 (XXX) XXX-1111.

4. Are you shure the remote end is dialing correctly. Can you run a "list trace" to verify?
