ONE NT server to upgrade to 2000

We have a network that's comprised of windows 2000 with one NT server that's kind of one it's own.

We just purchased a new server that we want to use as apart of our 2000 network. We want to have all of our data and information from NT4 transferred over to the new 2000 server.

What do you suggest?
