ONE NIC

Ok, I have configured W2k Server start the VPN, and all is great when working behind my LinkSys Router. I am able to log in and everything works fine. When I try from the internet, it spits out a 721 error i think it is.... "No response from server" -- somthing like that.. after a long wait of it saying "verifying username and password" - I can only use 1 NIC because of wiring issues - does anyone have a real solution??? I'll give anything a shot... Thanks guys

you need two nics, setup up VPN server to use only one of the nics, not "any available".

When connecting from the client, you need to manually point your local machines gateway to your local gateway, or else it'll try to use the gateway on the VPN server.
