Customer has Symp 4.2 , using Not Ready Activity/Reason Codes w/Call Forcing on. They want the Agent to be able to Press the NRD key while on a call, WITHOUT disconnecting the caller. I know what ur thinking.....just set a 2 sec delay. The Customer says if they do that , it will skew their reports. My customer contact is adamant that this can be done. (Says it was working at a previous employers that the customer worked for) Beyond me, but any one out there have a clue how?
