Sorry folks, to deluge you...

Customer has Symp 4.2 , using Not Ready Activity/Reason Codes w/Call Forcing on. They want the Agent to be able to Press the NRD key while on a call, WITHOUT disconnecting the caller. I know what ur thinking.....just set a 2 sec delay. The Customer says if they do that , it will skew their reports. My customer contact is adamant that this can be done. (Says it was working at a previous employers that the customer worked for) Beyond me, but any one out there have a clue how?

I think they can press an Account key (KEY XX ACNT) while on the phone and enter an activity code. This should not affect the NRD time.
