One more about expression (in conditional formatting)
I have a field that have null data, and with data.
I need an expression in conditional formatting that will only color the field with data.

Expression - [Company] is not null?

Not sure I entirely understand your question, but consider:

If IsNull(fieldname)

If Not IsNull(fieldname)

also see the Nz() function

eg Nz(FieldName,"sometext")
