One mialbox after an MLAA 1

Hi there,

Hopefully someone can help me out with a solution.

I'm running a 3300 MCD 4.2.

We have a fairly basic MLAA that just transfers to either a hunt group or analog extensions.

The customer has asked for all the calls to go to the same mail box if they are not answered.

I have tried passing them through ACD paths, Name tag hunt groups and even speed calls but they always end up in their respective mailbox that they are transferred to when leaving the MLAA.

Is there a work around??? or am i doing it wrong???

Create nametag group that is numbered *XXXX (Star followed by destination MB)

Route said hunt group to VM

Route any extension to hunt group.

Call to extension routes to NTHG routes to Specific MB
