I have users that have one Exchange 2003 server, two FQDNs. Each user's mailboxes receive mail from both domains. How can I set it up so the user can tell which email address they sent the mail to? I do not want to set up a seperate mailbox since he needs all mail to hit the blackberry.

They can look at the header, that's it. The second address is merely an alias, so it will always show the default name.

Should ... yes
Is ... no

Unless you want to write some deep and very specific code, but that is an entirely different forum.

... or a rule to move messages with "specific words" in the recipients address to a subfolder.

That won't work. Once it is in the mailbox, all Outlook sees is the primary address.
