One line one mlx phone with voicemail

Our current setup consists of 50 mlx phones and 12 incoming phone lines. All of the phones utilize their own voicemail box using the merlin mail. I need to take 1 line and 1 MLS phone and marry them together so that this phone will be dedicated to the one line while dialing out and receiving calls. I would also like this phone to have voicemail. Is this a difficult task ? Can somebody tell me how to do this?

Assign the line to the extension, make the extension the Principal User of the line, set the Auto Line Select to go to the line first, assign the extension to the voice mail coverage group, and create the mailbox.
