One line blinking at one extension?

I have one line blinking at one of my extensions (24) with the flashing triangle. It seems like the line is busy but no one is on the line. I can't reset it or clear the line. Any ideas?

do a feature * 0 then tap the button with the blinking light and make sure that the button is in fact a line.

try unplugging the phone from the wall and then plugging it back in to reset the conditions

if it is a line go into terminals & sets and remove that line from that telephone then put it back, this will reset the condition

let us know what happens OK?
