I have a very simple one page report which draws on 3 tables which are tightly related.
The purpose of the report is to display aged debtor balances and I have created 13 groups (one for each aged field from the debtors table) on the page, hidden the detail and created a parameter where you can enter the debtor a/c code. The result is a neat one-pager with a chart at the foot of the page summarising the group headings.
But in the case of one account the report is creating one page per group header and a last page with the chart. I have done dozens of these perfectly but this one account reacts as above.
I've tried fitting all sections and changing the 'new page before/ after' settings to no avail.
In the business system in which the tables are stored the account in question has been consolidated from several other accounts but I don't see how that could be producing this result - any other methods I use to query the account produce 'normal' results - ie the data looks the same as any other account.
Any ideas?
