One going to the Attn. and not Audix??

I have one extn. the will only send calls to audix if "send calls" is on, in an idle state, calls after 4 ring will go the the Attn.. I have check this station to others that go to Audix after 4 rings, and they seem to be the same...


I'm lost.

Verify what options are selected in the coverage path that station uses, or change it to one that you know is good. You may find that the one in use on that ext. is set to invoke only if DND/SAC/Goto Cover is on, ie set to yes on the cov path form under coverage criteria.
