One fxo port not registering with Cisco CallManager using MGCP

Hello,
We have a four 4-port FXO cards installed in a 2851 gateway and we are using MGCP to register the ports with the Cisco Call Manager. However the problem I am getting is that the first port of the fxo card is not registering. I checked all configuration on the CCM but seems to be OK. Can anyone help me on this issue?

Do you have a dial-peer for mgcp on the router for that voice port? do a sho mgcp end and see if the fxo in question is listed.
