One Extension Occasionally gets one-way audio on internal calls

Hello all,

So I have a client with 8 sites, running off of SE R11.1, All J100's.

The Server Edition is hosted in the cloud with Green Cloud / 11:11

I have a user reporting one way audio, only on internal calls. He can hear the caller, the caller cannot hear him. This is only happening on his phone at this remote location, and per the client, only happens about 20% of the time.

I did mess around with Direct Media Path, with no real improvements.

According to the client, this happens to multiple internal extensions he calls at multiple locations.

Thoughts?
