One extension misbehaving

I have one extension that is not able to pick up a line when it rings (there are 7 lines coming into the system), you can see the line blink when it rings - in red, however the extension is unable to answer the incoming call (even if you press the line's button). Works fine at all other extensions.

Any ideas where to start on fixing this?

have you tried swapping phones ?

has it always done this or has it just started ?

Yes, I have tried switching phones on this extension. It did not just suddenly start; It was always done this.

Check to see if the extension/line combo is set to outgoing only, under #302-XX-LL. If so, change it to no restriction.

OR, if you have another extension that has all the same features programmed on it, simply copy #399-model extension-target extension
