One DN on multiple TN's - display name 1

Like many here, I am new to this.
I have 3 phones all with the same extension but each has it's own TN. One is the MARP phone
I programmed a key HOT_D on all 3 phones
Problem is it displays the name configured on the MARP phone when I press the Hot_d key from those phones, but I need it to display for example Phone Room 1, phone Room 2 and phone Room 3

is there a place to overide the name displayed when that key is pressed.

The HOT_D key is being programmed to dial an extension in case of emergency and they need to know which room to respond to.

The name comes from the DN, or extension. In the case of HOT D it is getting the name from KEY 00

The best choice is give each phone a different KEY 00 DN (which will give you three names - one for each DN), then make KEY 1 the same on each. So each phone is still the same for incoming callers, but different when you dial out.

You could set the DES in LD95 to YES, but this would be a system wide change. Which means that any Multiple Appearance DN's would show the DES of that phone.
