We are on a PRI with Nortel MICS. One of our DiD's is giving a fast busy signal when called from the outside. The DiD is only set to ring on one set. It was working fine until yesterday, as far as we can tell.
Another interesting thing to note, when we attempt to call that DiD from inside, actually dial 9+DiD #, it gives this error:
"Due to network difficulties your call could not be completed at this time."
Any ideas on what may be causing this? It is only affecting one DiD at this time.
