one destination code, different CLI and pools

Hi all,
i have BCM50 rls 3.0 with BRI expansion
2 BRI are on DID 021345678
2 BRI are on DID 021456888

Sales departement wants to use 0 as prefix to call
and wants the customer see 021345678 as the CLI

Tecnical department wants to use 0 as prefix to call
and wants the customer see 021456888

Any idea on how to do it?

You will only be able to give those outgoing CLI if you put the BRIs into two different pools and give the relevant depts access to their pool, as the outgoing CLI will be unique to each BRI.

I have the answer for all the guys:

-Set up alternate routing in dialplan
-Put the first pool of lines as first alternate route
-Put the second pool of lines as second alternate route

-go to schedules and Set the system in Day mode
-Set Day from 00 to 12:59 every days

-set a telephone as control set for the BRI lines
-From this control set put the system in Day mode F+873
admin

-Give the first group of people access only to first pool

-Give the second group of people access only to the second pool

That's all...And this is good also to manage failover!
