One connection for one user 1

How can I block users from logging in more than once?
I want them to be able to log on to the domain only once so they can not share userid's and passwords.

The MS one is a bit of a battle i'm afraid. I think MS provide a newer improved version if i find it i'll post it.

Found it i havent used this but it's supposed to be an improvement.
