One extension can be addet to 4 different hunt groups.I think this is a system limitation. But Is it possible to increase one CAS extension belonging to 6 huntgroups with a patch.
We need this because of IVR application.
Our IVR system will run an application according to DNIS number. And so that we will use IVR ports(CAS extensions) more effectively. And we have 6 different applications on IVR, so that IVR needs 6 different DNIS to run application on one extension
