One Button Synchronization Profile

Hi All,
Not sur if anyone has done this before, however once you have created a one button sync profile and emailed it to the user what does the user have to do with the profile to apply it (this is for a user already running GM, I am not creating a installer package). I.e. do they have to copy the profile to there undocked GM directory or run the profile through GM.

They just retrieve the e-mail through GoldMine.
