When I log on into all onebox mailbox I receive the message " the message store is unavailable "
The onebox version 4.01 and Exchange 2007, it has been working for a year and failed 2 weeks ago.

Your messages should be normally be moved from the Messaging server to the Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) server, and be put into the relevant mailboxes (i.i. Outlook mailboxes). It seem that the integration between these 2 servers has been disturbed.
Try to check what happened 2 weeks ago, and check also the relevant IP addresses, before you eventually restart the Messaging server.

The exchange server has been restarted, still the same... from outlook account ( OneBox ) in the One Box server I can send mails for all users on Exchange, so can be a IP address problem??? good " ping " from One Box to MAILSERVER and from MAILSERVER to One Box.
Another question, is supported Exchange 2007 and One Box Server version 7.50 Build 270 ( Version 4.01 ).
