One Box voice mail problem

hi all

i have a problem with my onebox voice mail system.

the problem is that, when one extension is busy, and if there is an incoming call on this extension, the messaging system doesnt give the message "the extension you have dialed is busy". instead, it is giving message "your call will be disconnected" message and the call disconnects immediately.

what could be the problem? any idea?
 
could you please check the following:

Find the extension in the Administration and double click onit then go to the Answering Tab and check what that action on busy is, if it is set to Announce(Busy greeting)
change it to None(Default greeting).

i have changed it from Announce(busy greeting) to None(default greeting). But now it is giving message, after a pause, "I am sorry, the extension number you have dialed is not answering" and it go back to the welcome message.

may i know one thing, the busy message & No answer message has to be recorded after installation or it is pre-recorded in the system? Because i doubt, in my site, only one messages is recorded after installation. it is, the welcome message.

i think my system is not giving back the busy tone signal to the voicemail. or voicemail is not detecting the busy tone signal of my MD110. thats why this is happening.

if that is the reason, where can i do the changes for that?

HERE it is CAS signalling system thru TLU76 is using for VM
 
looks like there are no individual voicemail channels I am not sure from here....

can anyone else help Monrovia Please...
