Hi Friends
I have replace IPLU card in MX TSW for one box application . But after replacing IPLU card if I dial Voicemail hunt group no internally it will prompt the preloaded welcome promt message , after that if i press any internal extension it prompts as below.
"THE PERSON YOU WANT TO REACH IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.EXTENSION XXXX HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED"
or even it is not getting transfered to operator.

Here if i try to reach operator by pressing 0 still it prompts the same above message.

So that I cant give landing to auto attendent.

The version of one bax application is 4.1 with 8 channel licence. I checked from MX ONE side all programming is fine . Also One box will detect the DTMF digits , bcoz if I try to reach any extension it will prompt the exact extension no.

Can any help on this issue.
Thanks in Advance

From your printouts it look alright.
In the OneBox the domain should also be:"TelSvr-1"

IP lines are correctly registered.
I would set ETHCNF to 2.

It seems that you have run another V24 voice mail system, also.

Try to make an update by ICUPI;
If it says "UPDATING IS RUNNING", restart PU's DIM and DIR in all LIMs.

BP128i,

are you saying that this have worked, but after replacing the IPLU, it does no longer work? (so the only action you did is change the IPLU?)

what revision is the IPLU (CNBIP:BPOS=1-1-30;)

Also check your "CODECSLIST : C B".
I would prefer "B" as first codec.

What s/w is on your new IPLU compaired to the old IPLU board?

///doktor

Hi Whosrdaddy/doktor,

please find the board revision.
FYI this is the new board , but I am sorry I dont have the old revision. As this is a old pending case I was just started wrking on it . so when I saw the CNBIP at very first time it was "SYSTEM BLOCKED".

I would downgrade this board to R3F, as this is the last supported version by TSW.

Hi Whosrdaddy,

I had this doubt earlier, but plz make me confirm that R4A is the latest (or last) available revision on IPLU.
My one box is V4.1 , means it is not compatible with R4A.

Is it ok that i can guide the user to upgrade the one box with any available hotfix/patch. So that it can compatible with IPLU.

Ur guideline will help me more.

Thanks
BP128i.

For OneBox 4.1 you need to install 3 patches...
I will return with the numbers.

///doktor

I must correct my statement.

R3D is the latest official release for TSW pbx BUT this is an unstable version so use R3F instead.

R4 and higher versions are only supported for TSE systems.

so yes you must downgrade your IPLU to avoid any issues.
It is very important to match PBX/Firmware revision.

Dear Whosrdaddy,

Please confirm that if I upgrade my ONE box , it will not do the needful?
Bcoz to degrade the IPLU i need the R3F firmware and also for upgrading Voicemail I need patches.. So it is better to inform the user to go for upgrading patches.

Guide me

//BP128i

like I said you MUST downgrade the IPLU as this can cause problems with the MD110, this has nothing to do with the onebox, onebox 4.1 and 4.2 works fine with R3F

Dear Whosrdaddy,

So the ultimate solution is to downgrade IPLU.

//BP128i

Or this:
If your Messaging server runs s/w 4.1, then a few fault was corrected by installation of 3 SP's or Patches: 39966, 39600 and 39390...
It is recommended to install these asap.
