I'm having the strangest problem with one report in access 2000. For some reason, when I type in the name of one of one of the companies in the database, even though it recognizes the name and finishes filling it in for me, it generates a blank report (both full and brief). There are over 500 companies, so there might be more like this that I just haven't run across yet. I tried several other entries to see if they were all a problem, but it seems to just be the one. What's stranger still, is that if I enter information in my search boxes for companies matching those parameters, it pulls up the company, but still won't generate a report for it. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?

I don't think you have provided enough info, but it sounds like it might just be an inner join.

For example, if I create a query that includes a Products table and a Sales table, any products that have never be sold will not be displayed. The product must be present in both tables in order to be displayed. To change this, you just change the join type from inner to outer.

What is the record source for the report?
