On the phone greeting

Where is the setting to prompt the caller that I am on the phone. If i have two mcr keys set on key 0 and 1 it doesn't seem to prompt the caller I am on the phone.

Is it that when the call rings my second line and i don't answer it just goes to vm under normal circumstances.

What kind of phone system do you have and can you give us a print out of the phone to take a look at?

The CallPilot would only play the "on the phone" message when a call hunts, not on forward-no-answer.
