Can I install a 024TDL card in slot 1 with a 100 ds1 card in slot 2. Thanks in advance!

The placement of the cards should not make any difference. If this is a change in configuration - do a board renumber before reprogramming.

Most issues arise when the 100-DS1 Card is placed to the RIGHT of any 016 T&R Cards, and when it is used for PRI.

Your stated design should have no issues.
