% on summarized field: crosstab

I would like to ask if we can put a percentage computation on the summarized field using CROSSTAB. I have tried to divide sum of all succesful calls to sum of attempted call but I'm getting errors. Also I have tried to remove the "sum" function; got no errors but when I drag the formula in the summarized field the result was not the value I needed.
I hope i can attached the file so that i could show it to you for your reference.
