I am currently at a site with a bcm400. No one seems to know the password to get into the system. We have used all the default passwords and can not get in..Any ideas would be appreciated. (otherwise we have to call nortel and have them reset passwords..only problem no modem at this site.. trying to set that up now..

Thanks
Debbie

Just hook a trunk to the moden port on the BCM.

Do you know the IP address on the BCM?

If it's a bcm400 4.0 it's not a problem for Nortel to reset the password but if it's a release prior to 4.0, they won't
be able to help you.
