Hi Folks!

Is there a way we can activate/deactivate a call flow? This is the scenario on our client:

They have 1 main call flow and they want to add an optional call flow if there's an outage, the optional call flow will be played.

Lots of ways.

Most use variables or an agent login to trigger.

1. 1 variable example would be to use a variable (let's say Z).

goto vector 99 if Z = 1234

vector 99 would be your emergency flow and you can set Z manually or create a vector to allow a supervisor dial a vdn to set Z.

2. VV1 through VV9 can be set via feature code and then use trigger logic just like example 1. The supervisor would change by dialing a Feature Access Code.

3. triggering via an agent ID, create a dummy skill 999 with 1 agent. Have a supervisor login that agent.

goto vector 99 if staff in skill 999 > 0
