on nortel m8x24 w/centrex plus 2

i added line access (pots lns) to sets. can receive calls but can't make calls from programmed buttons. after i dial 1 & 2nd digit gets fast busy. did i miss something in programming

Did u give the sets line pool access? Try dialing (9) then the number after you give them pool access. Also did u make the lines appear on the sets, if so you should be able to choose the line then dial out without the 9

If this is an old 8X24 Mod it is the worst software you have dial tone on the line keys but cannot break dial tone you will have to pick up the phone and dial 9 and dial another 9 to break dial tone.
