ON NO DATA IN FIELD TRIM AND ELIMINATE

I am trying to create an envelope that when there is no street or no PO Box it trims it out completely and doesn't leave a blank line where a street or PO Box would be. Thanks for your help. I know to use If ISNULL but from there kinda lost. I can expect anything and everything of myself;
But can only accept or reject what you have to offer!

I assume your printing envelopes from a report.

You need to set the can shrink property of the control that may contain a street (or P.O. Box) to yes. Then when there is nothing in the control, the report will remove the empty space as long as other controls don't occupy the same space.
