On-Line Auction?

Hi there:

A friend of mine is doing some fundraising and asked me if I knew how to put together an On-Line Auction. Having never even seen one I thought I'd ask the Experts at Tek-Tips. Any idea on how to do this? Any examples out there?

is the biggest auction site on the net.

Personally, I think that if you don't know what you are doing then I would take great care before agreeing to do this as there are a lot of things that could go wrong.

You will need some kind of server side script to process the auction such as Perl, PHP, ASP etc...
