On hover - show sub-menus

Hi,
Is there a way whereby when you hover over a menu to bring up a sub menu. For example I have
Projects -

When I hover over this I want to display a sub-menu of this
So it would be something like this
Projects-
Create
View
Delete
each of which will be links.
Help much appreciated.
