on hold time

ANY idea about how to get the on-hold time for each agent for a specific period????

-can we count number of transfered calls from one skillset to another???????????
 
on hold is not included on the the SCCS Standard Report, but you can extract this using Database Query (excel for example).

you can count transfered call, though im not sure what particular report it is located.
