On hold capacity 81c

Does anyone know the max amount of calls that can be placed on hold at the same time, for an 81c running 23.55,how I can calculate this number, and if a cs1000 upgrades this number?

adding conf cards will increase that number.. a call on hold is conf to music.. without music you can hold all the stations

Thats what I thought, just had a service consultant tell the customer the limit was 200, and even if she was thinking conf. channels it still didnt add up since we have 8 conf/tds cards at 30 channels a piece. Even if you are out of conference channels you should be able to put a call on hold they just won't hear the music.
Just wanted to make sure she didn't know what she was talking about before I said anything.
