Hello

I have a client that wants an activity report. They want to see a summary on page 1 ( 56 phone calls made by Joe ) and the detailed information of the activities to show after the summary. Someone had suggested an on demand subreport.

This is foreign to me so here are my questions and please forgive the simplicity of my thoughts:

1. Can I put the subreport in the footer on the report with my summaries?
2. I looked at making a subreport into an on demand report and I freaked out what is subreport caption and preview tab caption (Crystal 7)
3. If my client does not have time to click the hyperlinks for these reports and decided to print the entire report to paper - will it get everything or does the client have to click each link in order for it to print.
4. Is there a better way to do this?

thanks so much for the help

I'm a 'Dave came lately'. You've probably already solved your problem, but here's a suggestion anyway.
Create your summary report, then create your detail report and insert the summary as a subreport in the detail report header and set new page after property for your detail report header.
