Hi,
I have a problem accessing reports from the OnDemand Server. I can log into the website no problem, and browse through the folders containing all the documents we have on the ODS. However, when I try to access a document I get two messages:
Brio Quickview - File Error
Error Opening File - Cannot Open Document
The splash screen for Quickview comes up first, and then the errors appear. The problem seems to be at the server end, and not the client, because when I drop a local bqy document into Internet Explorer, Quickview launches successfully and displays the report.
We're using Brio 6.6.4 on Windows 2000.
If anyone has any ideas what might be causing this problem, I'd really appreciate it!
