Hi team, cr8.5

I have a report that has a bunch of on-demand reports working like a switchboard. I am looking for an easier to refresh the report and save it with the data without having to open each sub report to save it with the data. Is there such a way?

Thanks a lot.

Mo

The nature of on demand subreports is to not refresh data until you need it, if you want the data always, don't make them on demand.

Not sure what working like a switchboard means, but you might use parameters to conditionally run subreports if that's the intent.

Hi K,
Thanks for the tips. The switchboard idea was the user's request. I designed it like a main report with all the sub reports names showing as hiperelinked line. They click on the report name and the see the report for that twon.
Hope I am explaining it well.
