On demand dial

Hello Everybody
I am just new to this group. needed some help on my network setup. I created a On demand dial connection on my VPN server to connect to a remote office I have LAN A with 192.168.1.0/24 and a unique in external IP and a LAB B with 10.1.1.0/24 and a unique external IP. The on demand dial works fine and from the server and i can connect to any remote clients. But from the clients in the network i cannot connect to the remote server or the remote clients. only the server seems to recognize the clients. Could somebody help me please.. sounds like routing issue. posting the routing table here may help.

u need to look at the routing table of the server or the client machines
