On call indicator

I have installed an old CICS with 7.1 software. There are 6 M7310 phones. Each phone is programed with 2 lines, 2 intercom, H/F and the other 5 phones as one touch dial, all on the lower 10 buttons. When someone is on a call, their indicator does not light up on the other phones only the line button. Is this something I can correct? I can't think of what I would change in programing, or are the phones too old?

You need a Busy Lamp Field for the M7310 otherwise a reception set (M7324) is required for appearances of a DN.

Oh and if you go the BLF route make sure your M7310 is Rls16 or higher.
