On behalf of problems....

Usually, I just write an e-mail and send it. Decided to do a print preview today, and the from line said "On behalf of Glen Johnson" Been working with Outlook for years, never seen this problem before. Also, when I start a new message, instead of my defualt e-mail address coming up, I have to insert it. (Started when I was checking multiple e-mails, just can't remember how to fix it.) Any ideas for an old geek. Thanks, I'll keep googling.
