On Behafe of My Manager ...

I am sending emails on behafe of my manager - and my manager needs to be BCC in all the emails I am using his behafe on ...

How can I do this in an automatic way ?
Can I create a Rule for that ? is there any addon software ?

Just checked outlook 2003 rules. It only has Cc not Bcc option for sent items.

Curious how this can be done..

I would think you could create a custom form and just insert the BCC button and field box.

Im not sure if you can have the form default your bosses email addy or not, I have only done a couple.


Another suggestion is to check and see if slipstick has something that can help. They usually have odd request like this already developed or figured out.

I found a 3rd party software ( auto BCC for outlook ) can do this ...
