On an A1000 with rm6 version 6.22.01 the module LUN status show the LUN is degraded however all the drives are optimal.

Recently I replaced a drive which was correctly reconstructed. Is this degraded note normal for an A1000.

healthck -a show an optimal state!
Thanks

tuka,

Was the new drive the same brand, size, etc...?
Have a Great Day!!)

Sys Admin,

The replacement disk was a Seagate, the original disk was an IBM. The disk was equal in size and did rebuild to an optimal state and the hot spare went back to a hot spare state.

The Raid box is an A1000. This is a single raid controller
raid. Here is the status output. Healthck -a report optimal.
Here is the status from the Module, Lun gui view.
One lun built
Controller: c6t5d0
Cap: 346981MB
Raid: 5
Seg Size: 64
write cache : Ena.
Cache Mirror: Dis.
Cache without battery: Dis.
