On Access Scan will not enable on some XP machines!

I have a few XP clients that have 7.1 installed through ePO sonsole. The problem is they have On Access Scan disabled by default. These machines fall under the same directory as 150 other machines which havent been affected by this. They all have On Access Scan enabled by default. Even when I try to enable the On Access Scan manually it will not let me enable it.

Rather strange one,

Any ideas?
