On a system phone (18D) lift the handset to answer a ringing call?

When a phone rings and I pick up the handset it does not answer. I have to then press the line button that is ringing.
How do I change it so that "On a system phone (18D) lift the handset to answer a ringing call"?
I flipped through the manual for a while but I was not getting it on how to change this.

Check to see if the lines assigned to the extension are set to ring. If a line is set to No Ring the user has to manually select the line to answer the call.
