Is it possible and if so how do I set it up:

To have a call to a certain number be forwarded or transfered to another station from the switch. Possibly remote call fowarding.

Right now I have a station set up so when I call that station from another it will automatically forward it to another station. However I am wondering if it is capabale of doing this from the switch itself and to not have to involve the station in the middle to foward the call on.
or
If I call a station then answer it and manually transfer it to another station. Is there a way to do this without involving the middle station again.

your not much better the i am at describing a problem..

two questions, i think.. to allow a station to call forward off switch

cls cfxa
key x cfw 21

to send an inbound back out or to a different number

ld 23
new
acd
maxp 1
acdn 1234
ncfw 94441000

that would send a did, 1234 to the outside dn 4441000.. it works internal or external and sounds like something your needing.. you can program an analog port and setup rcfw, the change the forward target from any internal station...

as usual, there are many ways to do any one thing in this beast.. i use maxp 1 acd because they do not require tn's.. either way you go, let us know if you get stuck

When I hit submit I realized I did not describe the problem very well

Right now I am trying to use a Dialgic PBX card (D/82JCT) to try and get DNIS info from the switch but all I am currently seeing is some type of ANI (the station the called the dialogic card). For example I set up 3 stations 1000, 1001, and 1002. The dialogic card has 8 station s set up as 2616 sets. Say 2000-2007.
When I pick up station 1000 and dial 2000 I see from the dialogic card _1000.
If I pick up 1000 and call 1001 which is FWD to 2000 I see
1001_1000.
If I pick up 1000 and call 1001 and then pick up 1001 and transfer the call to 2000 I see _1001

In those last two cases I sort of simulated the DNIS info so I could see the number dialed from the 1000 set.

But what I was trying to get across which I think you understood was I want to do away with the 1001 set and have the switch handle the foward or transfer (or better yet pass me the dialed number in the first place for both external and internal calls) so that if some one dials xxx-xxx1 or xxx1 I see xxx1 on the card and can play a custom greeting. If I see xxx2 I can play a seperate greeting and so on...

Does this sound like your second soltion would be a fit?
